Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in the Marietta/Atlanta area also known as East Cobb right off of I-75 on Delk Rd & Powers Ferry Rd. Our address is: 2900 Delk Road, Marietta, GA 30067 {Sope Creek Crossing}.

We are in Suite 19 inside the SALONS BY JC .

What services do you offer?

We are a multi-cultural & multi-textural treatment based Hair Care and Hair Therapy focused women's only hair spa catering to and specializing in natural hair (meaning your hair). 

WHAT WE DO OFFER: Scalp Detox Facials, Silk Press Treatments, and Restoration Programs; as well as Healthy Relaxers and non-chemical Smoothing Treatments. Our signature service is the Hair Spa~Blow & Silk Treatment.; and we're well known for our relaxing hair spa experience.

WHAT WE DO NOT OFFER: Hair extension services, bleaching or advanced color services, natural styles; locs, braids, twists, etc, or barbering services.

Do you offer consultations?

YES. Consultations are only $75, and are available Tues-Thurs ONLY.

You can book a consultation just like you would for any other service; online, call, or text.

PLEASE NOTE: The purpose of a consultation is to find out if we make a good fit to be your hair care provider of our professional hair spa services in the near future. During your consultation, we will not provide home styling lessons or outside product recommendations.

Do you offer a Service Guarantee?

All services are non-refundable. Part of our 5 Star Treatment Experience is ensuring 100% satisfaction prior to you leaving the hair spa. However, if something is found unsatisfactory after leaving the hair spa, we'll gladly perform a re-do free of charge if brought to our attention within 3 days following the original service date.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

YES. Purchase a Gift Card online and send it instantly to anyone you choose. Or you can purchase Gift Cards during your visit when it's time to checkout.

Do you accept Walk Ins?

NO. We do not accept walk ins. An appointment is required for all services all the time. However, you are welcome to do a same day call ahead to inquire about possible openings.

Do you service children?

YES, the princesses are welcome at Queens Hair Spa as well. However, we require age 7 years & up.

 

How do I book an appointment?

The best way to book an appointment is ONLINE. However, you are welcome to call and speak with your Hair Therapist directly to book your appointment, or you can send us a text during business hours.

NOTE: A card is REQUIRED to book an appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your card will not be charged, only on file for NO Call NO Show security.

 

What if I can’t make it to my appointment?

Any appointment that needs to be rescheduled or canceled, requires a minimum of 24 hours

notice as a courtesy to your Hair Therapist and to other clients who may need that appointment time.

If you do not give a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel, you will be required to pay a $75 reservation deposit to book future appointments. You can reschedule/cancel Online or by Phone.

What if I am running late to my appointment?

Part of our 5 Star Hair Spa Experience is being able to take clients directly at their appointment time without waiting for another client to be finished first. Late arrivals, hinder other clients from starting their booked appointment on time. With that being said, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for late arrivals.

If you are more than 10 mins late, you will be subject to a Late Charge (50% of your booked serviceAND your appointment being rescheduled for a later time. 

Please make every effort to arrive on time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash; Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX; and Queens Hair Spa Gift Cards.

Can my friends/family wait in your salon during my appointment?

Our waiting area is very small, and we only have space to accommodate clients receiving services. Due to limited seating, we kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests that are not being serviced.

Can I bring my child(ren) to my appointment?

For everyone’s safety, we kindly request that our guests make childcare arrangements for all children, unless they are being serviced at the same time as you.

Can I bring in products for you to use on me for my hair service(s)?

NO. For liability and professional purposes, we will not use any outside products on your hair of any kind, for any services, at any time.
